Get to know Shae!

Shaeleigh Severino is a passionate advocate for social justice, a dedicated movement builder, and a relentless champion for Black and Latino causes, who has spent her life carving a path toward positive change. With a diverse background spanning communications, policy, and small business marketing, Severino has honed her skills to create impactful campaigns that drive engagement, foster meaningful connections, and amplify the voices that need to be heard.

 

As a seasoned Digital Communications Strategist with extensive experience in both paid and organic social media, digital grassroots fundraising, and comprehensive digital communications programs. She has a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies for various clients, including nonprofits, advocacy groups, political campaigns, and social organizations. Severino has managed significant digital marketing budgets, led cross-functional teams, and created impactful content across multiple platforms.

 

Severino began her journey in the social justice space at the age of 9, where she embarked on a mission to uplift and empower minority communities of color. Over the years, her impact as a communications strategist, legislative operative, and movement builder have equipped her with a deep understanding of the power of effective messaging and strategic engagement.

 

She is deeply passionate about bringing a fresh approach and perspective to how we can effectively tackle many of these issues by utilizing social media, technology, and organizing methods to bring people into the political process.​

 

Shaeleigh Severino is a graduate of a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, and a minor in Sociology from St. John’s University.
